Enat Bank reports gross profit of 289 mln Birr
Enat Bank Share Company has reported a gross profit of 289 million Birr in the concluded fiscal year in June 30, 2021.
Its paid up capital has also grew to 1.5 billion Birr from 1.3 billion Birr in the previous year.
Meanwhile, its total assets hs reached 14.6 billion Birr.
“The number of our physical outlets has reached 88 as the Bank opened an additional 31 branches in the fiscal year. The big challenge that often halted our progress is expanding physical outlets is the unbearably high rent of buildings and associated branch opening costs,” said Ermias Andargie, President of Enat Bank.
Despite political and economic odds, deposit mobilized from more than 180 thousand different savers through our 88 branches reached 11.2 billion Birr at the end of the year in June 30, 2021.
