Oro Fresh launches supplying veg, fruits
Established with an aim of providing value chains by easing supply shortages of fruits and vegetables trade activities in Oromia region, “Oro Fresh” has launched providing service on Thursday.
“Oro Fresh” is a mechanism set up to sole the supply-side process and to cut long-value chains.
Girma Amentie, Resource Administration Cluster with the portfolio of Deputy Administrator of Oromia region said in a press conference that the value chain is helpful to supply agricultural products directly to the consumers at an affordable price.
“Furthermore, the services provided by Oro Fresh will enable to ease shortages of fruits and vegetables,” said Girma.
Additionally, the company will supply its products to Addis Abeba market. Starting from the upcoming weekend, agricultural products will be displayed for sale at a center located inSar Bet area of the city.
